The Arcadius Business Center is a skyscraper in Grand Theft Auto V, located on Alta Street, San Andreas Avenue and Las Lagunas Boulevard in Pillbox Hill, Downtown Los Santos.
This office building is easily recognizable for its unique circular design with interconnected towers, and features a helipad on its roof. It is located just right next to the Union Depository, connected by a bridge.
Elevators can be seen travelling up and down building, represented by slightly illuminated cubes which travel up and down glass shafts. These are purely aesthetic and cannot be reached or interacted with. The building is mostly glass and has large colorful banners which blow in the wind.
Its main entrance appears to be based on Alta Street, suggested by the red driveway which branches off the main road, decorated with trees. A red carpet is laid out from the driveway to the main doors. Despite this, the building is inaccessible from these doors in GTA V, but serves as the entrance in GTA Online. Valet parking is advertised outside the main entrance and is $2.00. Other signs indicate it is a taxi zone.
The complex is reachable via all three roads it is bounded by, as well as a footbridge leading from the Union Depository complex. Stairways on Las Lagunas Boulevard, Alta Street and San Andreas Avenue lead up to an upper level. The complex is decorated with a navigational arrow sculpture, trees and bushes. A passage underneath the skyscraper itself leads to the other side, facing over the Del Perro Freeway. A mid-level is reached from stairs which travel along the northern fringe, just south of the freeway, looping back round to the stairways on either Las Lagunas Boulevard or Alta Street.
An underground parking lot can be accessed from both Las Lagunas Boulevard and Alta Street. The parking lot dips down and has several unusable elevators (functional as Office Garage access in the enhanced version of GTA Online). On top of the building is a helipad. Roof access is present but only accessible in the enhanced version of GTA Online.
A Taxi may be seen pulling away from the main entrance on Alta Street between 7:00 am and 22:00 pm[1]. Many pedestrians may be seen hanging around the main entrance throughout the day. A random vehicle may be seen driving into the underground parking area south from Las Lagunas Boulevard between 07:00 am and 11:00 am[2], and between 15:00 pm and 23:00 pm, a random car may be seen driving out onto the same road[3] A heavily modified Jester, Zentorno or Turismo R may be seen driving out onto the same road between 18:00 pm and 04:00 am[4]. On Alta Street, random cars may be seen driving into the parking lot between 11:00 am and 15:00 pm[5] and out between 07:00 am and 15:00 pm.[6]. Up to four random cars may be parked outside the complex on Las Lagunas Boulevard and two within the driveway on Alta Street. Between 18:00 pm and 22:00 pm, a security guard will walk around the upper level of the complex.[7]
The building is closely based on the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, a 367-foot (112 m) tall, 35-story skyscraper in Los Angeles, California.
